I'm Nicki Simon, an event planner based in Lander, Wyoming, with a passion for creating thoughtful, memorable experiences that bring people together.

I first came to Lander for the rock climbing, but I stayed for the people. After calling this little town home for over two years, I've fallen in love with the sense of community here and the way people show up for one another. Building connections and creating opportunities for people to gather, celebrate, and share experiences is something I'm incredibly passionate about.

My background is rooted in nonprofit leadership, community engagement, partnerships, and event management. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to organize everything from large-scale outdoor events and community festivals, to special celebrations, and the occasional dance party. Along the way, I've learned that the most memorable events aren't necessarily the biggest or fanciest—they're the ones that make people feel connected.

I'm a detail-oriented planner by nature (give me a spreadsheet and a good checklist, and I'm happy!), but what I love most is seeing all those little details come together to create something meaningful.

Whether you're planning a wedding, celebrating a milestone, hosting a fundraiser, or dreaming up something entirely new, my goal is to make the process feel organized, collaborative, and genuinely enjoyable.

Because at the end of the day, it's not just about planning an event. It's about creating moments worth remembering.
